Okay - in the spirit of Ms Fatty Boom Bah I have embarked on my own shameless ranting about my body...
I used to be a size 10 in the bottom, 8 in the waist and 12 across the shoulders (once described as "like a chinese swimmer") now while I'm not planning to dive headfirst back into the strange obsessive world of bodybuilding - I do want a few things...
- a lower %bodyfat
- a kick-arse back
- powerful shoulders
- no goddam nanna-flaps!
- to protect my dodgy hypermobile joints
- to have more energy
- to increase my cardio fitness
- to eat healthier food and make my hair stop falling out!
